As we only use fresh flowers, all our flowers will only be taken from our suppliers a few days before the actual delivery day. We usually place orders early upon confirmation from clients, however, in the event that a flower type in an arrangement is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, we will replace it with other flower types with the same value (or higher value) to maintain the overall color and look of the arrangement, and ensure they are still in time for delivery.
Do note that seasonal flowers may be unavailable. Fillers and foliages of an arrangement is subjected to our stock of fillers and foliages at the moment. Rest assure that the overall look of an arrangement is maintained and will still look as pretty and presentable!
For customisation products, in event that preferred customisations are not indicated in order form, our florists will arrange accordingly at their discretion base on inspiration, occasion, availability of materials, and will keep the arrangement pretty and presentable. We appreciate if you can give us the creative space regarding flower arrangements. We take pride in what we send out and we seek clients who respect and understand floristry as our craft.
Orders should be preferably placed at least 24 hours before the delivery. For same day delivery, please place order by 10am on the same day.
No cancellation upon confirmation of order.
