Our Story

Mood Fleur is the brainchild of Singaporean singer-songwriter Ruth Kueo. Having founded White Ribbon Live Music LLP in 2012, a live music company specialising in live entertainment and emcee services for weddings functions and events, she has garnered years of experiences in the wedding industry - from cozy wedding parties to 1000-guests banquets at prestigious hotels around the island.
Through her experience at wedding celebrations, she has worked with many couples and wedding vendors and has also developed an avid flair in floral design.
With the expertise in floral art and design, Mood Fleur seeks to create the perfect mood and setting for your big day!
